Crocodile leather bracelets cannot be shipped outside Japan due to export restrictions under CITES.
Therefore, for purchases made outside Japan, we will remove the bracelet and ship only the watch case and buckle.
Please note that no price reduction will be offered due to the exclusion of the bracelet.

Regarding our return policy, we accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the watch.
Refunds will be processed through Chrono24 and will be based on the amount you paid via Chrono24 (Refunds may be reduced depending on the reason and method of return).
Taxes and fees are non-refundable.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any claims made more than 14 days after delivery.
Please note that the warranty does not cover dead batteries in quartz watches.
We cannot cover the cost of batteries or repairs, nor can we accept returns due to dead batteries.
If you need to replace the battery, you will be responsible for the cost.
