A gorgeous Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan in understated black, with a lug width of 20 mm.
Tangomat GMT - Precision, Time and Time Again
The NOMOS Tangomat GMT is proof that true knowledge and impeccable performance know no bounds. Inspired by the NOMOS classic Tangomat, this watch knows what the exact time is all over the world. Minimal, international airport-style codes denote the time zones. From Berlin to London. From Sydney to Moscow. A couple of clicks is all that’s required to be in the know right now.
A Genuine Timekeeper - The Tangomat GMT Movement
The world-time mechanism in this movement makes the complicated look easy. All thanks to textbook Glashütte design and intelligence: 26 rubies; bidirectional winding rotor; Incabloc shock protection; and a balance spring from Nivarox 1A. Features like this set all NOMOS movements apart from the crowd, and keep them at the cutting edge of watchmaking innovation.
Crafted in a controlled environment and under thoughtful eyes. This movement was built in-house to contain the NOMAS caliber and provide an automatic winding function. With a generous power reserve of approximately 42 hours, reliability and confidence come as standard with the NOMOS and Glashütte Tangomat-GMT watch.
NOMOS, Glashütte and Tangomat GMT - An Inimitable Trio
Watchmaking and Glashütte go hand in hand. That’s exactly why NOMOS timepieces, like the Tangomat GMT, are made there. The small, unassuming town in Saxony has excelled in the field for centuries - a number of the 200 workers today are the latest in five generations of watchmakers. Even more of them are acclaimed: Employees of the workshop share 120 awards for watchmaking performance and design.
Just like the unique watches it creates, Glashütte always faces forward. This is a place where age-old craftsmanship meets the latest high-tech production methods and tools. It’s how NOMOS watches stay ahead of the game. The NOMOS and Glashütte Tangomat-GMT watch - a timely reminder that while fads come and go, true class endures.
